AGENDA

 

The Wednesday meeting of the County Cultural Council (the “Council”) is an open meeting in which the Board approves reviews and makes decisions on grant applications. The public is welcome to attend.

The Council meeting has three parts: reports, the Business Meeting and the Public Comment.

 

General Procedures

 

Agenda items will normally be considered in the order they appear on this agenda. However, the Council may alter the agenda, take breaks during the meeting, and even continue an item to a future meeting date.

 

The Council welcomes your comments. During the Public Comment, members of the public have three minutes to present views on county matters that are not included on the Agenda. Public Comment time is not for questions and answers; it is your time to express your views, people will not be allowed to utilize county resources to make visual presentations during public comment. 

To participate in Public Comment please attend in person or please log into the WebEx Events virtual meeting using a computer. Once logged into the meeting on your computer, please send a chat message to the host with your name, address, and the topic of your comment so that the Chair can recognize you at the appropriate time for public comment.
